Your protocol, to the unit.
GrowthUp records the peptides, hormones and supplements you take, converts the amount you enter into marks on your syringe, and keeps track of what is left in the vial.
What it does
Converts to syringe units
Enter a vial's strength and how much solvent you added; it works out where to draw to on a 30, 50 or 100-unit barrel. Oil and pre-mixed vials too.
Counts what's left
Tracks the open vial and your sealed stock, estimates the days remaining from your actual logging rate, and warns you before you run out.
Reminds you, properly
A full-screen alarm at the time each dose is due, and a Lock Screen widget for the next one. Mark it taken without unlocking.
Shows you the pattern
Consistency, streaks and a month at a glance — built from doses you actually logged, never from estimates.
What it does not do
- It never suggests an amount. The dose field opens empty and stays empty until you fill it. Nothing in the app proposes a figure, and its library describes what a compound is — not how much of it to take.
- It knows nothing about you. Not your medications, your conditions, your bloodwork or your history. It cannot tell you whether anything is appropriate, and it does not try.
- It is not a medical device, not a pharmacy, and not a substitute for a clinician who knows your history.
- It shares nothing by default. You can add friends by username and compare consistency, but every sharing switch starts off — and amounts are never shared with anyone.
Requires an iPhone. You'll need Apple's free TestFlight app.
Before you join
You must be 18 or older. GrowthUp is a logging and unit-conversion tool, not medical advice — confirm every amount with a licensed clinician who knows your history before you act on it, and check every figure against the vial in your hand. Many substances it can track are prescription-only or not approved for human use where you live; establishing that is your responsibility.
