GrowthUp is a personal logging and unit-conversion tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

What the app does

• Records the substances, amounts and schedules that YOU enter.
• Converts an amount you have entered into the equivalent number of units on the insulin syringe you select, and tracks how much is left in your vial.
• Reminds you at the times you set.

What the app does not do

• It does not tell you what to take, how much to take, or whether anything is appropriate for you.
• It does not check your dose against your health, your medications, your allergies, your pregnancy status, your kidney or liver function, or anything else about you.
• It does not verify that what is in your vial matches what its label says.

About the library

The library describes what a compound is, how it is usually prepared and stored, what it is reported to do and what to watch out for. It does not tell you an amount, and the app never fills one in for you — every dose in your protocol is one you typed. Where a library entry states the concentration of a vial or how much solvent it is normally made up with, that describes the product, not a dose. Some substances covered here have little or no human safety data.

Two figures the app will comment on: if the amount you enter is far above or far below what is published for that compound, it says so — without naming a number, because it is not telling you what to take. Treat that as a prompt to re-check with your prescriber, never as a target.

About GrowthUp AI

GrowthUp AI is a chat assistant, available on some plans. It is a general -purpose AI model run by a third-party provider, not something GrowthUp wrote and not a medical service. It answers from that model's own general knowledge, and it is given your own GrowthUp data — your protocol, your schedule, your remaining supply, your dose history, your age, sex, height and weight, and your Apple Health summary — so that it can answer questions about you specifically.

It will discuss amounts. Asked how a compound is usually reconstituted, what ranges are commonly reported, or how a given amount converts to units on a syringe, it will tell you — describing what is commonly published in research, in clinics and in community practice. That is a summary of information that already exists in the world. IT IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION, it is not personalised to your health, and GrowthUp does not endorse it, verify it, or supply it: the app's own compound library is never given to the model.

An AI model can be fluent and wrong at the same time, and it will not know it. It does not see your medical history, your other medications, your allergies or your conditions. Confirm anything you would act on with a licensed clinician, exactly as you would for any other figure in this app, and never change a dose because of a conversation with it.

Your responsibility

Confirm every amount with a licensed clinician who knows your history before you act on it. Check every number the app shows against the vial in your hand and the syringe you are holding — a typo in a vial strength changes every figure downstream. Many substances covered here are prescription-only or are not approved for human use in your country; obtaining or using them may be unlawful where you live, and that is your responsibility to establish.

Never use this app in an emergency. If you think you have taken too much, or you feel unwell after a dose, contact your local emergency number or a poison control centre immediately.
